DISCRIMINATION ON JOB MARKETS MUST STOP 🛑

I am really fed up & tired of seeing discriminate job posts mentioning:

*A specific nationality

*A specific gender

*A specific age limit

*A specific country of education

& much more.

Discrimination is still very much alive.

In fact, discrimination is just growing by the day.

One can see so many discriminate job posts/advertisements online & offline.

I have come to dislike the word "ONLY."

Even though the Labor Law prohibits discrimination & even though there is an Anti-Discrimination Law in some countries; what is the use in the absence of control, accountability, reporting & punishment mechanisms against those who enjoy discriminating?

It is only when one is unemployed that one really experiences discrimination out there and this including in the hiring process (other than in the workplace).

Those who should care don't care about discrimination and this because they are already employed.

The result is that there is a silent discrimination disease out there.

Luckily, I am acting as the voice of the voiceless.

It is crucial to keep on highlighting this subject until we see change.

What is wrong can never be right!

The days of discrimination need to end.

The winds of change need to erase the word discrimination from the hiring process & the workplace once & for all.
